Claims should be reported in writing to the claim department in accordance with the terms of your policy.

Our Designed Protection^® Risk Management Resources are free to policyholders.  This includes business and profession specific attorney hotlines, best practices management guides, liability risk avoidance tips, risk management notes, and helpful articles.  You will need your current policy number to access these materials.

Architects and engineers policyholders can find a trove of information in our Green Design Center^SM and Building Information Modeling Center^SM, including informational articles, a guide for best practices, tips, and leads to web resources supporting relevant efforts.
