The              Shand Files     5% Credit on EPLI Renewal Submissions   It may not be news, but it is worth repeating. Since 2004, Shand Morahan has been offering a 5% Credit on EPLI renewal submissions when an insured participates in our online employment practices training program, made available through YourHRDepartment.com. Please share the details with your retailers:   ·      Policyholders receive a 5% credit each year at renewal time, when a company representative participates in the training during the preceding year.  o       Credit is limited to 5% per policy period, regardless of the number of employees participating. o       To be eligible, a different individual must participate each year. §         The “Acknowledgement of Training” form must be completed by the insured at the conclusion of the online training program.
