Robert Cap - Wage & Hour: The New Frontier or the Wild West? This panel will discuss practices that make employers targets for claims alleging unpaid wages, along with best practices to avoid these suits, and best defenses to utilize when faced with this type of litigation.
Sonia Odarczenko - Miscellaneous E&O. Does Any Business Not Need it? This panel will explore how to address risks that lay outside the realm of an individual's "traditional" profession. Risks not covered either by the commercial general liability policy or other professional liability that may be in place.
