Announcing Our New & Improved E&O Policy Form

We've been working to get it just right, and we are now very pleased to announce our new and improved Miscellaneous E&O policy form, #EO20000 is now available. This new form replaces the previous document, #EIC801.

Not to be confused with our new MG20000 form, which we updated in March, EO20000 is a true claims made form, intended to be customized to fit the specific needs of more complex accounts. Some highlights include the following:

• An updated definition of "The Insured."
• Automatic inclusion of Personal Injury arising out of Professional Services. 
• Supplementary Payments section providing $25,000 of Disiplinary Proceedings expense reimbursement AND Loss of Earning & Expense Reimbersement payments ($400 per day/$10,000 max).
• One, two and three year bi-lateral tail options for 100%, 150% and 200% of annual premium.
• "Final Adjudication" and "Innocent Insured" wording built into the fraud exclusion.
• Deductible credit for early claim resolution.
