Designed Protection® Hotline
Now Available for Medical Lines
We continue to enhance our Designed Protection® risk management program. Now included are two legal Hotline panels that policyholders of our medical lines can access to address questions they may have concerning liability risk concerns.
The Hotline panels are available to all policyholders with coverage for physicians, surgeons, dentists, podiatrists, allied healthcare professionals, nursing homes, hospitals and extended care facilities.
Information about our Hotline panel is communicated to policyholders with the initial quote letter, and again on the declaration page of their policy. Once they have an in-force policy number, insureds, as well as our brokers, can access Hotline panel information, which allows them to select the Hotline panel attorney of their choice. Click on "For Policyholders" on left side of screen

Click on the "Risk management" link

Click on the "Disclaimer" link to view, the "Return to Log In Page"

Enter policy number in the box below "Risk management resources for policyholders"

Click on "I have read the disclaimer and want to log in"

At the "Hotline Panels" page, click on the desired link for a list of Hotline panel attorneys.
