Markel Shand is pleased to announce the release of MG20000, the newly revised policy form for our non-specialized Miscellaneous E&O accounts. Details follow:

·         One, two and three year tail options available for 100%, 150% or 200% of the premium.

·         Reimbursement of the named insured up to $25,000 for reasonable and necessary legal fees or expenses incurred due to disciplinary proceedings.

·         Expanded definition of “personal injury” to include humiliation or infliction of emotional distress.

·         “Innocent insured” and final adjudication language in the fraud exclusion.

·         Additional enhancements to be announced soon!
