The Markel Shand Files   Products Liability Recall Expense Coverage Available   Markel Shand is pleased to announce, we are now offering Products Liability Recall Expense Endorsements for our EIC701 and PD22000 policy forms. All details follow:   ·      Endorsements targeted to manufacturing companies and distributors of all types of products. o    Exceptions include: marine, aviation, structural building products, utilities, environmental products and medical implants. ·      Products originating in China acceptable. ·      Minimum premium: $1,000 for $1MM/2MM limits. Or 15-25% of the products liability policy          premium, whichever is higher. ·      Recall limits available: o    For policies with limits of $1mm/2mm: up to $250,000/250,000 with a deductible equal to the policy deductible o    For policies with limits of $2mm/2mm and greater: up to $500,000/500,000 with a deductible equal to the policy deductible   To access the endorsements immediately, click on the links below:   EIC4715 (PD22000)                     EIC4716 (EIC701)   You can also access the endorsements at www.MarkelShand.com.
